Dear Diana:
This letter is in response to a request for planning and zoning information on the above stated
property. The zoning for this parcel is Community Commercial (CC). The Eugene-Springfield
Metro Area General Plan designation is also Commercial. The site is in the 5-year Time of
Travel Zone with the Drinking Water Protection Overlay.
The current use is a permitted use in the zoning district.
The surrounding zoning is the following: R-l to the north, CC to the east and west and R-2 to

The property was not subject to any variances, special permits or planned unit developments.
This development would have been approved by Site Plan Review however the file could not be
located.
I find no record of open or unresolved violations of the zoning code or building code on our
system.
