Eugene Springfield Fire has no further comment on this subdivision plat. Based on Conditions 12 and
14 for secondary fire apparatus access and structures within the 150 foot requirement to be within fire
apparatus access, it appears based on the plats that this condition has been met. ln addition,
Condition 13 regarding fire hydrant placement will be met with coordination with SUB Water Division.
