.Beginning at a point of the North right-of-way line of the McKenzie Highway, said point being
South $9° 44' East 324.12 feet from a point on the west line of the Thomas D. Edward Donation
Land Claim No. 55, Township 17 South, Range 2 'West of the Willamette Meridian; said last
mentioned point being 1235.35 feet South 00 17' West from the Northwest corner of said claim,
from said beginning point run South 89° 44' East along said North right-of-way line 87 feet to the
center of a certain roadway known as Smith Drive, thence North along the center of said Smith
