South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian, said point also being the Southwest corner of that
certain tract of land described under Parcel 4 as listed in a Bargain and Sale Deed recorded May 5, 2011
Reception No. 2011-021408 Lane County Deeds and Records; thence along the South boundary of said
last described tract South 890 25' 00" East 30.00 feet to a point on the East margin of Aspen Street, said
point being the true point of beginning; thence continuing along said South boundary South 890 25' 00"
East 210.00 feet; thence leaving said South boundary and running North 001 10' 00" East 97.25 feet to a
point that is 20.00 feet Southerly of, when measured at right angles to, the South boundary of DIAMOND
