These 10 trees were originally planted too close to the buildings and as a result of this they have created many infrastructure problems with sidewalks, entryways, irrigation and main line water breaks. Additionally, the trees grew phototropically between the buildings, which led to all of the trees leaning over buildings. This has resulted in multiple punctures of the roof and excessive shade on the rooftops creating mold and fungus issues.
