Thank you for considering this proposal for the vacation of the existing 14' PEE on the property of 3350
Gateway Street in Springfield, Oregon.
This application is being submitted by 4G Development & Consulting. The easement is 14' in width and
extends West from Gateway St. and is noted in an official land title survey as "14' EASEMENT FOR PUE PER
PLAT OF PUERTA SUBDIVISION". There currently are no existing utilities within this easement and all local
utilityprisdictions have provided sign off for approval of the vacation of said easement.
