Five Questions
1. Are there any issues with secondary emergency access to Bob Straub?
z. Utilities: Are there any issues with provision of any public/SUB utilities to this site? The existing sanitary
line falls roughly under the southerly curbline as shown. Will this positioning forthe existing wastewater line
be allowed? Since stormwater is proposed to receive 100%treatment and discharge upstream of all wetlands
(no direct discharges) will the City of Springfield be the only permitting agency for stormwater design? No
wetland impacts exist as proposed.
3. Please discuss any on-site or off-site public facility requirements and their triggers.
y. Does Springfield allow early addressing prior to plat recordation and at what point in completion of
infrastructure are building permit submittals allowed?
S. LU & Zoning: Please discuss any Jasper Meadows Master Plan Amendments or other Land Use decisions
that could influence the subdivision layout, e.g., Middle Housing z -unit townhomes now allowed in R-1 Zone?
