Are there any issues with secondary emergency access to Bob Straub? z. Utilities: Are there any issues with provision of any public/SUB utilities to this site? The existing sanitary line falls roughly under the southerly curbline as shown. Will this positioning forthe existing wastewater line be allowed? Since stormwater is proposed to receive 100%treatment and discharge upstream of all wetlands (no direct discharges) will the City of Springfield be the only permitting agency for stormwater design?
