Proposal and Questions
We would like to annex to the City of Springfield in order to utilize the
public sewer system (convert from our existing septic system to the public
sewer system if it is available and doable at our location).

to public sewer systems?
2. What are the affected special districts, if any?
3. What are the estimated costs/fees of annexation and conversion from
septic system to public sewer system?
4. How are the property taxes determined once annexing?
5. What are the steps (once annexation occurs) in converting to public
