COMBINED ZOC ZONE.
10. EXISTING STORMWATER RUNOFF FROM THE NORTHERN PORTION OF
MAIN STREET WILL BE DIRECTED TO A GRASS LINED DRAINAGE DITCH AT
THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF THE PROPERTY IN ORDER TO PROTECT
BUILDING FOUNDATIONS. REFER TO SHEET C-4.1 FOR DRAINAGE DITCH
CROSS-SECTION.
11. PROPOSED STORM MANHOLES TO BE CONSTRUCTED PER COS STD
