MINUTES OF THE WORK SESSION MEETING OF
THE SPRINGFIELD PLANNING COMMISSION HELD
TUESDAY, October 16, 2018
The City of Springfield Planning Commission met in a work session in the Jesse Maine Meeting
Room, 225 Fifth Street, Springfield, Oregon, on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., with
Commissioner Koivula presiding.
ATTENDANCE
Present were Vice Chair Koivula, Commissioners Bergen, Vohs, Landen, Sherwood, Gill and
McGinley. Also present were: Interim Community Development Manager Sandy Belson, Assistant
City Attorney Kristina Kraaz and Management Specialist Brenda Jones.
Staff that attended the training: Mark Rust, Melissa Carino, and Kyle Greene.
