I have received the exemption request submitted by The Satre Group on behalf of Countryside Partners
Springfield, LLC regarding the new residential outdoor amenity area at the above -referenced address,
which lies in the 5 -10 -year time -of -travel zone to the Maia well. No hazardous materials are anticipated to
be used produced, or stored on site. Based on the information provided in the request, I recommend that
the exemption be granted
Please note going forward that the facility may be inspected to verify the information provided in the
exemption certification. If at any point the conditions of exemption are no longer met, a Drinking Water
Protection Overlay District application may be required
