DIM Questions May 3, 2023 City of Springfield Development & Public Works 225 Fifth Street Springfield, OR 97477 RE: 155 S 47^ St — DIM Questions The list of questions below is intended to better identify the scope of work required for the Site Plan Review required for the tenant improvement project converting the interior space to a daycare. Questions 1. We are not proposing any new parking or striping. All asphalt is intended to remain as it is and unchanged. 2. We are proposing re -planting of existing landscape beds, but no new landscape beds. 3. There is no new impervious area. Part of the asphalt area at the back of the building will be fenced in with play equipment. All the existing catch basins were oil/water separator catch basins. It is our assumption that the existing stormwater system and these catch basins can remain as currently constructed. 4. It is our assumption that all driveways from this property to 47th St can remain as currently constructed. 5. Is the drive lane around the building part of a fire apparatus access road? Thank you for this opportunity to be of service. If you have any questions, please contact me. David Clough, Project Design Manager Page 1 of 1
