The commissioners will meet using virtual meeting technology. There will be limited capacity in the Goodpasture
Room (see above location information) for those without internet access or in need of special accommodations
who wish to attend in-person. To attend in person, please RSVP by calling David Ruiz-Maya at 541-682-6768. Lane
County complies with state and federal laws and regulations relating to discrimination, including the Americans
with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). No RSVP is required to attend in person at the Jesse Main Room, Springfield
City Hall (see above location information).

Ordinance No. PA 1389/ In the matter of amending the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Area Plan
(Metro Plan) to allow for wastewater service to be extended to the rural unincorporated community
of Goshen and for transport of Leachate for Lane County’s Short Mountain Landfill.
