Will the North wall of the car wash building be required to have windows and articulation? Given the nature of a car was and required equipment, the developer would prefer not to have these design features maintenance reasons. 2. The thought is to use the walls of the car wash building to paint signage for the car wash operation. Is this painted text on the building regulated by the sign code and count against the maximum sign square footage for the development? 3. The existing storm facility serves existing pavement and the existing building. There tare two questions related to this facility: a. The swale does not meet current stormwater requirements, will the developer be required to reconstruct any portion of the facility to meet current standards? b. If the answer to (a) is no upgrading required, can additional drainage areas be added if the calculations show there is available capacity? 4. Are there any of the following tied to this property: a. SDC credits available? b. Outstanding liens to be paid? 5. Any unusual conditions on this property we should be aware of? 4/11/23, 2A6 PM Record Condition Notice View 811 -23 -000076 -PRE - Midtown Plaza Submit Reset Help Group Parcel Notifications v Type • Parcel Other v Severity Notice v Status Applied(Appli v Condition Name - HIST Parcel 1702310000501 Comments M4tand.rd Comment Ratios placed on tenant infill types.
