STATUTORY SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
Wayne A. Endicott, Jr., hereinafter called grantor, for the consideration hereinafter stated,
hereby conveys and specially warrants unto Endicott Family, LLC, an Oregon limited liability
company, hereinafter called grantee, and unto grantee's heirs, successors and assigns all of that
certain real property with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining, free of encumbrances created or suffered by grantor except as specifically
set forth herein, situated in the County of Lane, State of Oregon, described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at a point on the North line of the Mohawk County Road 223.80 feet West
of the West line of 56 Street in Section 26, Township 17 South, Range 3 West of the
Willamette Meridian; running thence North 299.61 feet; thence West 74.6 feet
thence South 299.61 feet to the North line of said Mohawk County Road; thence
East 1'&" 74.6 feet to the point of beginning, in Lane County, Oregon.
To Have and to Hold the same unto the said grantee and grantee's heirs, successors and
assigns forever.
The true and actual consideration paid for this transfer, stated in terms of dollars, is $10.00.
However, the actual consideration consists of or includes other property or value given or promised
which is the whole of the consideration.

In construing this deed and where the context so requires, the singular includes the plural and
all grammatical changes shall be implied to make the provisions hereof apply equally to corporations
and to individuals.
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN
THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND
REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE
PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE
APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY
APPROVED USES AND TO DETERMINE ANY LIMITS ON LAWSUITS AGAINST
FARMING OR FOREST PRACTICES AS DEFINED IN ORS 30.930.
