Cole, grantee, WITNESSETH: RECITALS: In a suit in the Circuit Court of the Slate of Oregon for Lane County, Case No. 18CV32063, in which JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, was plaintiff and WAYNE T. PREVITI: PAMELA J. PREVITI; RAY KLEIN INC. DBA PROFESSIONAL CREDIT SERVICE; CAPITAL ONE BANK(USA) N.A.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, LIEN, OR INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 639 19TH ST, SPRINGFIELD, OR 97477, was defendant(s), for the foreclosure of a mortgage or trust deed on the real property described below. A Writ of Execution, which was issued on June 18, 2019, directing the sale of that real property, pursuant to which, on December 3, 2019, the real property was said, subject to redemption, in the matter provided by law, for the sum of $140,000.00, to David J. Cole, who was the highest and best bidder, that sum being the highest and best sum bid therefore. At the time of the sale, the purchaser paid the amount bid for the property to the grantor or grantor's predecessor in office. After the sale a certificate of sale, as required by law, was duly executed and delivered to the purchaser. The real property has not been redeemed from the sale, and the time for so doing has now expired. The grantee herein is the owner and holder of the Certificate of Sale.
