HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 03 Springfield Upbeat Library Bookmark Contest WinnersSpringfield Upbeat February 7, 2022 2022 — 2023 Springfield Public Library Bookmark Contest Winners Youth Services Librarian Mark Riddle & Library Director Emily David will present the sixteen young artists chosen as the winners of the annual Springfield Public Library Bookmark Contest to the Mayor and Council. This year, nearly 900 students from Kindergarten through 12' Grade entered the contest with their unique bookmark concepts. All their designs about reading, libraries, or the theme for the 2023 Summer Reading Program "Find Your Voice" will be up on display in the Youth Gallery in Springfield City Hall. The winning bookmark designs have been professionally printed and will be on display and distributed in the library all year long.
