The Mid-Springfield Refinement P'lan (adoDted July 21, 1986) designatecl a majority of prooerty in the Adam's Plat First Addition from a Mixed Use designation to Low Density Residential. The property under your ownership (Assessor's Map 17-02-30-43 Tax Lots 1100 and1200) were reviewed. The Tax Assessor's records'indicate that Tax Lot 1100 metthe criteria necessary to retain industrial zoning ,(LanO Va]ue - $17,100 and Improvement Value - $18,800), therefore, you brere sent a letter giving you theoption of retaining industrial zoning. Your letter was received and industnial zoning was retained on Tax Lot 1100.
