Dear Mr. Newman:
As a result of a fire at 1148 North 34th Street, Springfield,0regon, an
'inspection was conducted in order to verify the damage which occurred as a
result of the fire. Our records indicate that you are the owner of this
property
In the kitchen area, some of the wiring and electrical fixtures have been
damaged and need to be repaired/replaced.
An electrical permit'is required to repair/replace the electrical damage and it
must be obtained prior to beginn'ing work. The amount of the permit is $23.63.If you w'i'11 not be doing the work yourself, the supervising electrician that you
hire must obtain and sign the permit.
