Gentlemen:
This firm represents Bennie J. Schultz and Jean Schu1tz,
who are the owners of the property at 255 North 37th Street. You
wrote to my clients on September 26, 1985 regarding that property
and outlining a number of repairs that need to be made. My clients
are currently attempting to obtain possession of the property sothat a fu11 assessment of the repairs can be made and such repai-rs
can be commenced. However, the tenant has failed to vacate the
premises despite numerous promises to do so. As soon as we have
obtained possession and made an assessment of the total extent
and cost of repairs, we shalI be back in touch with you regardingthat matter.
Very truly yours,
