Proposed off-site improvements - None by me. There will be a jurisdictional
transfer 2004-2005 from the State of Oregon to the City of Springfield. It is proposed
in 2005 for the City of Springfield to acquire a road right of way after jurisdictional
transfer, for sidewalks, curbs and gutters. The assessment of street frontage along
South 42nd Street for street improvement is estimated to be 15 to 20 feet.
