ALTERNATIVE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS:
Permits sha11 be effective for one year from the date of issuance.
Upon completing lhe construction for Hhich a permit has been issued, the permit holder shallnotify the Lane County Department of Planning and Comunity Developmen! bi submitting theinstaLlation record form.
