C. Mobj.Ie Home: An j.nspection is required after the nobile home is connected to an approved
EEIff or-*ptic systen for setback requirements, blocking, fcotinq connection, tj.edowns,
skirt-ing, and plwbing connect j-ons.
1. Footings and pj,ers to conply with State foundalion requirements for mobile homes or as
recomended by the nanufactuler.
2. Mobile hone min.inum finish ftoor el-evation shall be certified when required by a flood-
plain management letter.
3. IobiLe hone tledowns, when required, and skirting shaIl be installed and leady for inspec-
tion within at least 30 days after occupancy. Tj-eCowns and skirting shal1 be instal-led
per enclosure.
D. Swiminq pool: Below grade when steel is in place and before concrete is poured. Above grade

SUBSURFACE AND ALTERNATIVE SEI{AGE_ DISPOSAL SYSTE}IS:
L. Permits shatl be effective for one year flon the Cate of issuance.
2. Upon completing the construction for which a permlt has been issued, the permit holder shalt
notj.fy the Lane County DepartnenL of Planning and Comunity Development by submitting the
installation record form. The Departsent shaIl inspect the construction to determine if it
conplies with the rules contained in this Civision. If the construction does comply wj,th such
rutes, the Department shall- issue a certrficate of satisfactory completion to the permiti holder
If the construction does not comply with such rules, the Departrent shall notify the pernit
holder and shall requlre satlsfactory completion before issuing the certificate. Failure to
meet the requirements for sar-isfactory completion wrthin a rcasonable time constitutes a vio-
Iatron of ORS 454.605 to 454.'145 and this rule.
