As you know the owner has recently completely a shop/storage building at the back of the
property. This building also includes a laundry/storage room for your use. A washer/dryer
is not included. The electricity for the shop/storage area portion of this building, however,
is served by your meter therefore a $10.00 per month credit will be applied to your rent.
Effective December l, 2000 your rent will be $455.00 per month.
