I have enclosed photographs from the pre- and post- pour conditions and an as-built drawing of the plumbing within the concrete slab of the subject project. Please also accept this letter as certification from this office that, based on our observations and additional information provided to us by the Contractor, we represent that the installation meets all codes and ordinances and, further, meets the requirements of our plans and specifications. I would appreciate it if you would expedite this review so additional inspections may be made and the project can be completed at the earliest possible date.
