Dear Mr. Shaw:
Please find enclosed each of the items I was to produce for your review pursuant to our
letter agreement dated May 6, 1998. I have enclosed photographs from the pre- and post-
pour conditions and an as-built drawing of the plumbing within the concrete slab of the
subject project.
Please also accept this letter as certification from this office that, based on our
observations and additional information provided to us by the Contractor, we represent that
the installation meets all codes and ordinances and, further, meets the requirements of our
plans and specifications.
I would appreciate it if you would expedite this review so additional inspections may be
made and the project can be completed at the earliest possible date. I appreciate your
cooperation in this matter and would appreciate a telephone call if there are any questions
not answered by these materials.
