There are two residential units located on Tax Lot l90l ;1465 and 1487 30th St. The zoning is LDR and
only one dwelling unit is permitted per residential lot. The City only has record of 1481being legally
established. Pauline Jenkins, owner of the above referenced property, submitted documentation June 25'h,
2003 demonstrating that both manufactured dwellings located on Tax Lot l90l were legally established
prior to the adoption of the Springfield Development Code in 1987.. The documentation consisted of
SUB service records and Lane County Tax records. It has been determined by City Staff, the second
manufactured home located at the above referenced address is a legal non-confomring use and is subject
to the regulations set forth in Article 5 of the Springfield Development Code.
