Submit a comp)ete plot plan showing property boundaries and dimensions, existing
structures, proposed structure location and distance to boundaries and other
structures. Also show location of septic tank and drainfield.
Submit details and calculations to substantiate the design used for the masonry
basement walls or the wa'lls must be designed by a registered architect or
engineer per Sec. 30.I(c)(d).

3 Suhnit two copies of manufacturers engineered truss drawings for approval per
Sec. 301 (c) (d).
4. Suhnit a floor plan for the existing lower level showing toilet facilities that
would comply with Appendix C of the State Plumbing Code.
5. Identify existing siding material per Sec. 30'l(d) and Sec. 2517(S).
6. Room ventilation for the proposed lower level appears to be inadequate per Sec. l'105.
7. Submit construction details for outside stairway per Sec. 301(d) & Sec. 3305.
The plans do not show or indicate a heating systern is proposed. All heating equipment
is required to be reviewed by the building official and have approval prior to any
instal I ation.
