Our records ind icate that on December I 3, I 995, you subm itted plans for the proposed construction of an
office addition to be located at 545 28th Street, Springfield, Oregon. To date, the plans and required
perm its for th is constructio n hffiE6EEiiffithined.
The Springfield Building Safety Codes Administrative Code states that "Applications for which no perntit
is issued within 180 days following the date of application shalI expire by limitation, and plans and other
data submitted for review may thereafter be returned to the applicant or destroyed by the Building
Official." The Code further states that, "The Building Official may extend the time for action by the
applicant for a period not exceeding 180 days upon request by the applicant showing that circumstances
beyond the control ofthe applicant have prevented action from being taken. No application shall be
extended more than once. In order to renew action on an application after expiration, the applicant shall
resubmit plans and pay a new plan review fee."
If you would tike your plans returned to you, please phone me within ten (10) days from the date of this
letter and I would be happy to mail them to you. If I do not hear from you within ten (10) days, I will
destroy the plans.
