i. Can stormwater overflow into the ODOT ROW (from an infiltration facility)?
z. Is the existing wastewater line on the South side of the property sufficient to meet capacity requirements?

3. What street cross section will city allow entering the site from 54th Street? Will the proposed zo'
access easement be sufficient to sustain traffic to subdivision?
