Randy Northup never owned this property. He did not replace 3 seruices and 20
circuits in a warehouse.
Our propety on 28th street is located at 1025 N. 28th Street an unimproved
propefi with no dwelling, structures or outbuildings of any kind.
I have notified City of Springfield years ago about the discrepancy. I believe
payments we mad.e for the drainage feeson 1025 N 28th Street was applied to
1051 in error also, left messages on Deanna Beckham's voice mail, no response.
Please promptly make the necessary corections to resolve this matter.
