Dear Ms. Mi11er,
0n November ?7, r97B an inspection was made by the springfield BujldingDivision on the structure located at 325 North 24th Street, Springfield,0regon, pursuant to a fire which occured on November 19, L978.
The dantage was contajned to the front wall of the bedroom. The entirearea involved did not exceed tvrenty square feet and no major structural
damage was incurred
The cripple studs and a portion of the lower sjll under the window
need to be replaced in order for the structure to conform to the UnjformBuilding code as adopted by the c'ity of Springfield for an R-l Occupancy.
