CONTRACTS EXCEEDING $100,000 AND APPROVE AMENDMENTS TO PUBLIC
CONTRACTS EXCEEDING LEVELS IN SPRINGFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION
2.706(3) IN CONFORMANCE WITH ALL OTHER APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
