ATTACHMENTS: DISCUSSION/ FINANCIAL IMPACT: The City received five (5) applications for the open neighborhood/citizen at-large and the Business Community positions on the Springfield Police Advisory Committee during the recruitment open from August 1, 2022 through October 17, 2022. At the November 21, 2022 Work Session, City Council interviewed four (4) candidates. One (1) candidate withdrew their application prior to the interview. At the conclusion of the interview process, City Council supported appointment of Teresa Dillon as neighborhood/citizen at-large representative and Cynthia Koza as the Business Community representative. The new appointees would begin their four (4) year term on January 1, 2023.
