Brattain Campus Modular Building DIM Questions
1. Specifically, what fire/life safety considerations must be adhered to and considered? The
nearest fire hydrant appears to be located at the corner of 10 and C Street — approximately
430 feet away. There are also hydrants located at 10 and D Street, and 12`h and C Street — both
approximately 520 feet away.
2. Are there any ADA concerns with the location of the proposed site? ADA access will be via a
connection to the existing sidewalk on C Street.
3. We understand that because the building is proposed within the R-1 zoned property that a
Discretionary Use Permit will be required. What does that permit entail?
4. We are planning to direct stormwater roof runoff to a soakage trench in the existing field. Is that
acceptable?
