NARRATIVE:
THIS SURVEY WAS PERFORMED AT THE REQUEST OF
CYNTHIA KOZA FOR THE PURPOSE OF A LAND
PARTITION. AN EARLIER SURVEY BY C. GUILE IN MAY
1980 ON CSF #24131 ESTABLISHED THE BEARINGS
ALONG THE "FUTURE STREET R/W LINE" (S 67th
STREET). IN JUNE 1995, D. BROWN CREATED THE
EASTHAVEN SUBDIVISION ON FILE 75 SLIDE 192-193
AND WAS USED AS THE BASIS OF BEARING FOR THIS
SURVEY.
A TRAVERSE WAS RUN THROUGH THE EXISTING
CORNERS. THE INSTRUMENT USED WAS A LEICA TCRA
1103. THE CONTROLLING CORNERS WERE (C), (F), (G),
AND (I). CORNERS AT (B), (A), AND (J) WERE LIKELY
DESTROYED IN UTILITY CONSTRUCTION IN THE P.U.E.
DECLARATION: BE KNOWN TO ALL PEOPLE BY
THESE PRESENTS THAT CYNTHIA KOZA IS THE OWNER
OF LAND DESCRIBED HEREON AND HAVE CAUSED THE
PARTITION TO BE PREPARED AND THE PROPERTY
PARTITIONED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OREGON
REVISED STATUTES, CHAPTER 92, OWNER ACCEPTS
ALL EASEMENTS SHOWN HEREON. SHE ALSO CREATES
A SLOPE AND TREE CONSERVATION EASEMENT
DESCRIBED HEREON. THIS EASEMENT IS CREATED ON
PARCEL 2. THIS EASEMENT IS PERPETUAL,
NONEXCLUSIVE, APPURTENANT, AND BINDING ON THE
DECLARANTS HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS.
