We currently rent out individual rooms with utilities included at an affordable rate. We had planned to partition the property from the beginning and started the process in 2006. We recently had considered adding one ADD in the attached garage only to discover that the size and medium density zoning prohibited us from doing so. To make the property more usable for housing we are dividing it into three lots. Our understanding is by dividing the property we could then add an ADO in the garage of the existing house.
