2021, Reception No. 2021-046067, Official Records of Lane County Oregon, given to secure
payment of a Note for $390,000.00.
NOTE: Mortgage from 836 S. 70th , LLC, to CGF, Inc., an Oregon corporation, Recorded July
12, 2021, securing a note in the original principal sum of $390,000.00, and other obligations
described herein. This mortgage secures an equity line of credit and/or revolving loan. The
Company requires a satisfactory written statement from the existing lender confirming: (a) the
payoff amount, (b) the line of credit has been closed, and no further draws/advances will be
permitted and/or the right to future advances has been terminated, and (c) agreeing to deliver a
full satisfaction/release upon payment of the outstanding balance.

Being a portion of those lands described in Bxhibit A in that Warranty Deed recorded on
July 12, 2021 as Reception Number 2021-04G146 in the lane County Oregon Official
Records, said portion being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of a 40.0 foot roadway 2569.58 feet South and
1223.19 feet West of the Northeast corner of the Thomas J. Maynard Donation land
Claim No. 44, in Township 17, South, Range 2 West of the Willamette Meridian, and
Claim No. 37 in Township l7 South. Range 2 West of the Willamette Meridian; and
running thence along the Westerly line of said road on a 4122.59 foot radius curve right
