THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO PARTITION THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN
BARGAIN AND SALE DEED RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 2021-023397, LANE
COUNTY OREGON DEEDS AND RECORDS, INTO TWO PARCELS AS SHOWN. THE
BOUNDARY OF THE PROPERTY WAS DETERMINED AS FOLLOWS:
THE NORTH AND SOUTH BOUNDARIES WERE ESTABLISHED PARALLEL WITH THE
SOUTH LINE OF DLC #74 BASED ON THE FOUND BRASS CAPS MARKING THE
SOUTHWEST AND SOUTHEAST CORNERS OF SAID DLC. THE 2" IRON PIPE MARKING
THE INITIAL POINT OF SPI.LER, AND THE DLC BEARING, WAS HELD TO ESTABLISH
THE NORTH LINE. THE SOUTH LINE WAS LOCATED BY HOLDING THE 1/2" IRON PIPE,
NOTED AS POINT "A", MARKING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THAT CERTAIN
