Multiple Accessory structures allowed. PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK: - Addition to and renovation of the existing 1,308 s.f. home to become a 3,200 s.f. home - Add (1) 3,000 s.f. Accessory Structures (group A) - Add 800 s.f. Accessory Dwelling Unit QUESTIONS 1. If the existing septic system and well are evaluated and found adequate, would an addition to the existing house require us to connect to the city water system or the city sanitary sewer? Same questions in regards to adding an ADU. 2. What would trigger the client to be required to allocate 30' of right-of-way to the City of Springfield? What process does this entail? 3. If the client makes these additions to the property now, does this still leave the opportunity to subdivide the property into multiple individual lots in the future? 4. Considering that Clear Vue Ln. Is not a paved street with curbs, are we allowed to provide a new gravel driveway access to a new ADU and/or new accessory structure? S. The intent for the new accessory structure is to house (2) horses, with the rest of the property serving as a pasture, does this use of the land pose any specific restrictions? Thank yo David R.
