Specifically, what fire/life safety considerations must be adhered to and considered? 2. Are there any ADA concerns with the location of the proposed site? 3. Is the proposed sewer connection acceptable? Are any additional improvements required? 4. We are planning to direct stormwater roof runoff to the existing vegetation that surrounds the site where it will be treated and infiltration. Downspouts will be directed to splash blocks.
