The accessory dwelling unit shall meet all applicable standards in this Code including, but not limited to; setbacks, height, lot/parcel coverage, solar access and building codes to effect at the time of construction. The accessory dwelling unit shall contain a kitchen, bathroom, living, and sleeping area that are completely independent from the primary dwelling.
