This project includes parking, outdoor seating, indoor seating and drive-thru canopies. This project also includes additional developments within the same center, where Chick-fil-A currently proposes to grade two additional lots for future tenants and provide stormwater, dry and wet utility resources. What are the requirements related to stormwater for the site? Can infiltration used if mechanical treatment is provided in lieu of LIDA planters?
