The city sewer line is about 15ish feet from our septic tank, so placing anew drain field would be ineffective. The city sewer line runs down 47'h St and the sewer Stubbs up to my property along 4r St. 4714 Jasper Rd is within the city's portion of the urban growth boundaries and is contiguous to current city limits along its western boundary, which is 4r Street. This proposed residential property to be annexed is consistent with the current low density residential metro plan.
