Narrative for site Plan Minor Modification application of approved site plan #811-18-000120-TYP2
The items modified by this application from the original approved site plan are the relocation of the
sidewalk connected to building "D" and changes to the parking layout
1. Relocation of sidewalk connected to building "D"
The original application showed the sidewalk on the south side of the building. This was to
accommodate the proposed man doors being located on that side. The layout of the building was
changed to have the man doors on the same side as the rollup doors (north side) which meant the
sidewalk needed to be relocated. Note, the sidewalk layout is now the same as the approved layout
for building "A" which is directly across the parking area. Additionally, the sidewalk travels along the
east side of building "D", continues between the bike rack and the two parking spots adjected to
building "D" making it fully connected to the crosswalk.
2. Changes to the parking layout
The original application showed 4 parking spaces in front of building "D" and 5 spaces (numbered 16-
20) along the west side of the pavement area. Due to the roll up door layout for building "D" one
space was lost in front of the building (space 21) and one of the spaces to the west was lost (space
20).
The submitted modification shows 2 new spaces added between building "B" and building "C. Those
2 spaces were identified as future parking for 2 cars on sheet CO.5 of original submittal.
