1. We are hoping to have fire access on Main Street for the lots fronting Main Street as the area required for fire
apparatus turnaround is limited within the proposed subdivision — as seen on the site plan. How does Fire feel about this
concept?
2. With the new development code changes what critical requirements have changed for subdivisions?
3. If we don't have tentative approval by the time the new code comes into effect, can we withdraw the variance
application for frontage requirement and invoke the new code for that component?
4. There are two different rights of way to match on 74th Street ... which one should we match?
5. Does the City have any other comments or thoughts on this proposal, or see any potential issues?
