Division has received all the documents it requires for final plat submittal.
County Instructions: This form is to accompany the plat and the supporting documents to the Lane County Surveyer'a Office
at the time of final submittal for recording. The purpose is primarily to notify that office of which items need to be recorded
simultaneously with the plat, but it also serves to remind the developensurveyor that these documents need to be included in
the final submittal package to the County Surveyo,

SUBDIVISION POST-MONUMENTATION DEPOSIT
To: The City of Springfield, Oregon
Attached is the post-monumentation DEPOSIT for the Jasper Gardens
Subdivision, which is security for the setting of survey monuments as identified on the plat of said
subdivision "to be post-monumented" after the completion of public improvement construction.
The total amount of the DEPOSIT equals $2800 for the post-monumentation fee plus $120 for
each monument being post-monumented. Additionally, the City charges a non-refundable 5%
technology fee, hereinafter TECH FEE. Said total is calculated as follows:
$2800+ ($120 X 39 monuments) = $7,480.00. (DEPOSIT)
5% Technology Fee: Total from above $7,480.00 x 0.05 = $374.00 (TECH FEE)
I understand that the DEPOSIT will be refunded to me when:
1.) The lot corner, right of way and centerline monuments that are shown on the above named
subdivision as "to be post-monumented" have been set, and an affidavit to that effect has been
recorded with the Lane County Clerk or the affidavit document together with the recording fee has
been submitted to the City Surveyor's Office; AND
2.) A field inspection has been completed by the City Surveyor's Office to verify that all
monuments have been set as shown on said subdivision plat; AND
3.) The surveyor who set the monuments has notified the City Surveyor that he/she has been
paid (ORS 92.065 (3)).
OR
The DEPOSIT will be used to pay the Surveyorwho set the monuments in accordance with written
instructions which I will provide to the City Surveyor.
Note: There is no refund of the TECH FEE.
