Development Issues Meeting: Questions
#1- Access- Can it be from 52nd or does it have to be
from Highbanks also?
#2- Neither street has any improvements. But both are
serving a lot of existing Businesses. Would
improvements be required?
#3- Can the Urban Growth Boundary on this site be
extended?
#4- There are a few lower elevations on the site, could
those be used for storm drainage?
#5- Is there a minimum or maximum # of lots it could be
divided in to?
