THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PROPERTY WERE CALCULATED AS FOLLOWS.- THE OLLOWS.THE NORTH LINE OF DLC NO. 46 AND THE RIGHT OF WAY FOR DEADMOND FERRY ROAD WERE CALCULATED USING THE LANE COUNTY BRASS CAP MARKING THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID DLC AND THE REBAR SET BY BETZ IN REFERENCE 3. ONCE THE RIGHT OF WAY WAS DETERMINED, THE POINT OF BEGINNING AS DESCRIBED IN THE DEED WAS CALCULATED. THIS WAS CONFIRMED BY THE FOUND RESAR SET BY THOMPSON IN REFERENCE 4 AND AS SHOWN IN REFERENCE 6 AS BEING 2.6 FEET FROM THE TRUE CORNER. THE DEED ANGLES WERE HELD TO CALCULATE THE REMAINING PROPERTY LINES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE SOUTH LINE: THE REBAR SET BY WOODS IN REFERENCE 2 MONUMENTED THE NORTH LINE OF A LARGER TRACT TO THE SOUTH AS BEING PARALLEL TO THE COUNTY ROAD AND DLC LINE. I RAN A LINE PARALLEL TO THE COUNTY ROAD THROUGH THIS MONUMENT TO DEFINE THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THIS PLAT. THE FAST AND WEST LINES WERE EXTENDED TO MEET THIS LINE THE EXISTING ASPHALT PATH IS SHOWN TO PROVIDE FURTHER EVIDENCE THAT THE EAST BOUNDARY IS CORRECTLY SHOWN. REFERENCES 2 AND 3 INDICATE THAT PORTION OF TAX LOT 100 ADJACENT TO MY CLIENTS EAST BOUNDARY IS 16 FEET WIDE AS MEASURED ALONG THE RIGHT OF WAY. THIS CREATES A GAP BETWEEN MY CLIENTS EAST PROPERTY LINE AND TAX LOT 100 BASED ON THE MONUMENTS SET BY WOODS AND BETZ. I CHOSE TO HOLD MY CLIENTS DEED DIMENSIONS THAT MATCH WITH THE MONUMENT FOUND FROM REFERENCE 4 AND THE LOCATION OF THE PATH.
