It's been awhile - I hope all is well with you and your family.
I understanrd that you have some questions about changes to the wastewater service to the
property that you and other family members own at 847 S. 47th Street. As you may
know, we have a contract with Delta Construction to install a new trunk sewer in Jasper
Road, and to extend an 8-inch main up S. 47th Street to your property.. The new main
includes laterals to both your property and your neighbor at 873 S. 47tn Street. ['ve
enclosed a copy of Sheet C-14 from the construction plans for your use.

With this new lateral to your property, you will have2locations where you can connect
to the public sewer - the original lateral that you installed at Holly Street with the Haidyn
Meadows l't Addition subdivision and the new lateral that we're providing. When the
time comes that you are ready to connect to the public sewer, you'll be able to use either
lateral. Consistent with my letter to you of November 5,2009 (copy attached), your
property does not have a cost obligation associated with the new S-inch main and stub to
your property.
