plain management letter.
3. Mobile home tiedowns, when required, and skirtinq shall, be insLalled and ready for inspec-
tj.on withj-n at least 30 days afCer occupancy. Tiedowns and skirting shall be installedper enclosure.

SUBSURFACE AND ALTERNATIVE SEIIAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMSI
l. Permits sha1l be effectlve for one year from the date of issuance.
2. Upon completing the construction for which a permit has been issued, the permit hoLder shaIl
notify the Lane County DepartsenL of Planning and Comunity Development by submitti.ng the
lnstallation record form. The DeparLment sha11 inspect the const'ruclion to determine j"f iL
complj.es with the rul.es contained in this divj.sion, 1f the construction does conply with suchruLes, the Department shall issue a certificate of satisfactory compLetion to the perniti holder,
If the construction does not comply with such rules, the Departrent shaIl notify the permit
holder and shaIl require sat.rsfactory completion before issuing the certifi.cate. Failure to
meet the requi.rements for satisfactory complet'lon wrt.hi.n a reasonable time consCitutes a vj.o-
lation of ORS 454.605 to 454.745 and this rule.
